Entre sus principales funciones se destacan:

  • Liderar el desarrollo, seguimiento y actualización del plan estratégico multianual.
  • Coordinar la elaboración del plan operativo anual con sus respectivas iniciativas e indicadores.
  • Alinear personas, procesos y tecnología para garantizar la ejecución efectiva de la estrategia.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) e impulsar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Identificar riesgos y oportunidades en el entorno que puedan impactar la ejecución estratégica.
  • Presentar informes periódicos de avance ante la Alta Dirección.
  • Coordinar el trabajo con firmas consultoras y herramientas digitales de gestión estratégica.

 

El perfil ideal combina:

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, de Sistemas, Financiera o Comercial.
  • Maestría o posgrado en Estrategia, Gestión de Proyectos, Transformación Digital o áreas afines.
  • Mínimo 6 años liderando planificación estratégica, transformación o iniciativas de mejora.
  • Dominio avanzado de MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project y herramientas de planificación.
  • Nivel intermedio o avanzado de inglés.
  • Habilidades destacadas en pensamiento estratégico, liderazgo, análisis, comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.

What Process Control And Maintenance Contributes To Cardinal Health

Manufacturing is responsible for cost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, employee safety and engagement, and environmental commitment.

Process Control and Maintenance sets up and operates processing equipment to manufacture to established quality standards inorder to meetproduction demands. Troubleshoots, repairs and conducts maintenance on equipment. Writes and executes equipment qualifications on all new ormodified tooling or equipment to test and qualify items and provide documented proof that operations are within established parameters. May monitorand verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

Qualifications

About The Job

  • Perform installations of machines and equipment.
  • Log all repairs.
  • Provide preventive and emergency maintenance service for machines and equipment.
  • Operate forklift, pallet jack, hand truck and/or ladder.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Educational/Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • HVAC universal refrigerant certification.
  • Ability to work nights and/or weekends and be on call.
  • English speaking and writing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
  • Time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem solving skills and detail orientated.
