This position is full-time and location-based in Costa Rica; because of the Pandemic, our employees in Costa Rica are all working from home WFH.  Return to office in a hybrid model will be required in the future.

 

Team: As a member of the Neustar Marketing Services Engineering Team, you will be working on a team to design and implement solutions to help our clients attract and engage their customers more personally. Our client’s marketing groups rely on Neustar to plan strategies and optimize cross channel campaigns with advanced marketing analytics, custom segmentation and media optimization. Our real-time data driven intelligence and marketing analytics help drive informed, actionable decisions across the entire marketing lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Work across functional boundaries to design and implement fault-tolerant, high-performance, scalable, high-availability systems for the Marketing Services group.

  • Participate in iterative design, implementation, and testing to meet our increasing business needs and requirements.

  • Maintain coding and documentation standards, support bug fixes, and QA activities.

  • Be a critical member of the Neustar Engineering team.

Qualifications/Education

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience related to software development

  • Experience programming in C++ and C# Visual Studio on Windows

  • Experience working in Windows environment

  • Knowledge in .NET Framework / .NET Core, Entity Framework, ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, Web API, Core)

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript

  • Experience with Agile methodologies

  • Able to take initiatives and have a strong drive to push ideas to product

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills

  • Solid analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills

  • Solid understanding of software design and development

  • BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline

Additional Information:

  • Experience with Kafka, Aerospike / NoSQL Databases, SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Hadoop is a plus

  • Experience with Perforce/Git is a plus

  • Experience with xUnit/MSTest/Moq unit testing is a plus

  • Experience in AngularJS, jQuery, and/or JSON is a plus

  • Experience with Confluence, JIRA is a plus

  • Experience working with the Elastic Stack (e.g., ElasticSearch, LogStash, Kibana, Beats) is a plus

Job Duties (Summary)

  • Manage the delivery of multiple deployments for different clients simultaneously in different phases of software deployment.
  • Offer the highest levels of post-deployment support for customers regarding training, education of new product features, troubleshooting issues, and office hours.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Data, Modeling, Advisory Services, Engineering, Product Development, and Offshore Tech Support on the deployment of marketing mix models to a web-based software application.
  • Maintain Email, Phone, and Ticket response times in accordance with SLA’s.
  • Provide timely escalation of issues within the organization as necessary
  • Drive network and system issues to resolution within Neustar.

Qualifications/Education

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or other technical area preferred. Relevant experience or degree in progress will be accepted in lieu of degree
  • 2-4 years work experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Confident consultation skills demonstrating comfort approaching customers

INSPECTOR DE CONTROL DE CALIDAD

FUNCIONES:

 

- Realizar las operaciones de inspección, revisión, auditoría, reporte de análisis de problema de calidad, preparación de informe de acciones correctivas y preventivas, informe de indicadores clave de gestion y todas las demas actividades relacionadas con la operación de ensamble dentro de la línea de producción.

- Cumplir con los lineamientos de higiene y seguridad de la empresa.

- Hacer uso correcto de los recursos asignados como herramientas, equipos de medición y calibración.

- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estandares de calidad de proceso y de productos establecidos dentro del sistema de Gesttion integral de la empresa.

 

REQUISITOS:

- Bachiller industrial, ciencias o afines.

- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares. 

- Conocimiento en el uso y aplicación de sistemas de gestion d calidad ISO 9000, Lean Six Sigma, indicadores claves de Gestion KPI

 

SALARIO OFRECIDO: 1,200

DURACIÓN DE CONTRATO: Indefinido

  1. Realizar  y coordinar los monitoreos ambientales al  relativos del medio fisico (calidad aire, emisiones, ruido y efluentes),del fondo marino, del muelle , del deposito de cenizas  y las emisiones de la flotilla vehicular, de aguas subterráneas, caracterización de la toxicidad de materiales
  2. Reportar  situaciones ambientales que pueden afectar el cumplimiento ambiental de la planta
  3. Realizar la disposición de los residuos especiales y peligrosos
  4. Colectar la información requerida para la elaboración del informe mensual de Medio Ambienta, asi como para la elaboración de los informes semestrales de cumplimiento ambiental para ser remitidos al Ministerio de Medio Ambiente
  5. Realizar análisis para la evaluación del cumplimiento ambiental con la información provista por los estudios realizados
  6. Custodiar todos los registros ambientales y mantener los mismos al día
  7. Realizar inspecciones ambientales mensuales en las instalaciones de las areas operativas.
  8. Monitorear el funcionamiento del Sistema de Monitoreo Continuo de Emisiones.
  9. Cumplir con los requerimientos del sistema de gestión ambiental según el estándar ISO 14000.
  10. Controlar los procesos de recogida, residuos oleosos, residuos peligrosos a través de suplidores autorizados.

Habilidades Técnicas/Funcionales

Conocimientos prácticos de ingeniería de calidad y experiencia en gestión de calidad
Conocimiento práctico de los requisitos del sistema de calidad ISO, MDD, FDA QSR 21 CFR 820 / ISO 13485
Conocimientos prácticos de la norma ISO 14971 sobre el proceso de gestión de riesgos)
Actividades de validación de métodos de prueba, redacción de protocolos e informes.
Desarrollo de un Proced
Ejecución de la validación
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita, para comunicarse eficazmente con los clientes y los interesados internos
La familiaridad con el estado de la técnica de los dispositivos médicos
Comprensión de los principios neurovasculares, dispositivos y procedimientos
Experiencia en la transferencia de productos y procesos

 

Responsabilidades:
Revisar y evaluar la capacidad del proceso de mfg., Cpk, Ppk, robustez y caracterización.
Actividades de validación de métodos de prueba, redacción de protocolos e informes. Ejecución de la validación
Revisar las TMV para ver si están completas, actualizar las TMV para abordar los cambios necesarios
Orden de cambio de ingeniería
Desarrollo de un Procedimiento Estándar (SP), Instrucciones de Trabajo (WI) relacionadas, Formularios, Listas de control para actividades de verificación y validación de diseños
Validar los procedimientos de prueba e inspección cuando sea apropiado: Largo tiempo de espera y métodos de prueba complejos lagunas de identificación y remediación, reajustar los procedimientos aplicables, implementar los cambios en el SGC por el proceso de CO.
Preparación y apoyo de la auditoría
Interactuar con los interesados para el examen y la alineación
Apoyo a la gestión de proyectos según sea necesario
apoyar y proporcionar orientación sobre las validaciones
Creación de planes de calidad
Ejecución de los resultados del plan de calidad
