En AR Holdings estamos en búsqueda de un Gerente de Servicio al Cliente para Restaurantes responsable de supervisar y coordinar las operaciones del área de servicio en el restaurante, asegurando una atención al cliente excepcional, el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y la eficiencia operativa. Lidera al equipo de salón, anfitriones y bar, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo positivo, enfocado en la experiencia del cliente y en el logro de metas comerciales.

Funciones:

• Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias del área de servicio (salón, bar, anfitriones).
• Asegurar un servicio al cliente de alta calidad, alineado con los estándares de la marca.
• Capacitar, motivar y evaluar al personal de servicio para garantizar un desempeño óptimo.
• Coordinar con cocina y administración para mantener un flujo eficiente de operaciones.
• Resolver quejas o situaciones con clientes de forma profesional y oportuna.
• Controlar el cumplimiento de los protocolos de higiene, seguridad y presentación.
• Monitorear indicadores clave como tiempos de servicio, rotación de mesas y satisfacción del cliente.
• Apoyar en la planificación de horarios, asignación de tareas y manejo de incidencias del equipo.
• Proponer mejoras en procesos de atención, presentación de productos o ambientación del espacio.
• Participar en la implementación de promociones, eventos especiales o cambios de menú.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de metas de ventas y control de costos del área de servicio.

Requisitos:

• Técnico o Bachiller en Administración de Empresas, Gastronomía, Hotelería y Turismo, o carrera afín.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares dentro de restaurantes de cadena, hoteles o centros gastronómicos de alto volumen.
• Sólida experiencia liderando equipos de servicio (salón, anfitriones, bar), garantizando altos estándares de atención, coordinación y eficiencia operativa.
• Historial comprobado en el cumplimiento de metas comerciales, control de costos operativos y desarrollo de iniciativas orientadas a mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
• Cursos complementarios en liderazgo, hospitalidad, servicio al cliente o manejo de equipos (deseable).
• Dominio intermedio o avanzado del idioma inglés (deseable)

You will be responsible for:

• the overall ABC program including maintenance and review of the existing ABC policy, undertaking appropriate ABC risk assessments, developing appropriate internal processes, monitoring compliance with the company’s controls, cascading results of monitoring and working with the company to implement any improvements, and ongoing review and improvement of the overall ABC program.
• maintaining extensive knowledge of existing and evolving ABC (and closely related) laws and regulations for the USA, United Kingdom and Canada, together with other jurisdictions as required.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’ through the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the Restaurant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. Job Summary

The food service team member works in support of the store management team to facilitate the completion of all store level tasks and performs a variety of tasks related to different areas of the store including food preparation, possible cash register tasks, customer service, general housekeeping and other related functions. The food service team member ensures an exceptional customer experience that supports our purpose to “Leave ‘em Better”.

Essential Functions

Additional Responsibilities

• Complete guest-centered duties and provide our guests with a clean environment.
• Greets customers as they enter the location.
• Prepares and serves foods such as tacos, chicken, and sides according to customer specifications.
• Provides menu information and suggestions to customers including food suggestions and explanations of ingredients and preparation methods.
• Assists with food preparation as directed, operating food production equipment as required to complete tasks.
• Operates grill, broiler, or deep-fat fryer to prepare specific fast foods.
• Maintains, cleans, and sanitizes work stations.
• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other containers and returns to appropriate location in the kitchen area.
• Refills condiments or other supplies.
• Follows all safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations to ensure quality food service.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Ensure the proper execution of all assigned store level marketing programs.
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in stock conditions at all times.
• Check in external and internal vendors according to corporate procedures.
• Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resource.
  
  

Qualifications: Experience, Competencies, and Education

• Education and Experience:
• No prior experience is necessary
• Successful completion of on-the-job training.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
• May be required work in excessive heat and cold in association with the kitchen environment.
