Our new Field Sales Representatives earn between $61,800 to $100,000, including the salary and our uncapped commission opportunities.   • Lead and develop clear material flow costing in the recycling value chain together with competitive analysis of different packaging formats

  • Initiate and own any recycling and/or collection investment projects. Define need and business case. Monitor project development, installation, commissioning, and performance and report results. Use project management methodologies to drive those projects

  • Secure compliance with local collection/recycling regulation/targets as applicable. Work hand in hand with Corporate Affairs by providing technical knowledge on extended producer responsibility concept and ensuring that market-related recycling realities are applied to any proposed legislation
  • Propose and lead the technical advocacy team required to ensure favorable legislation towards cartons, all aligned with Corporate Affairs team
  • Secure reliable and timeline accounting and reporting of collection/recycling rates
  • You will lead a change management project to focus the extended team members in a new recently approved strategy that has a different mindset from the previous one

Profile Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Environmental Engineering or similar with a master’s degree or post graduate studies in collection and sorting of packaging waste
  • MBA is highly recommended
  • A passionate interest in collection and recycling of beverage packaging who wants to create the best system for Dominican Republic
  • Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in waste management sector, mainly in collection and sorting of beverage containers, experience interacting with municipalities and the solid waste industry
  • Deep knowledge of solid waste management and EPR/Circular Economy regulations, especially in Dominican Republic
  • Proven experience in collection and sorting projects (working directly at any material recovery facility (MRFs) or in a waste management company)
  • Proven knowledge of EPR regulations by participating in material flow analysis, calculation of ecofees, etc.
  • Proficient with MSOffice (MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). You must prove outstanding power point presentations, including not only a great design for the slides but also present the information in a creative and easy to digest way. You can develop pivot tables in Excel to compile a lot of data and create interactive dashboards with a lot of information.
  • You know and understand Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) and can have technical discussions on the subject
  • You have knowledge of PowerBI and can create some reports using it.
  • You have proven experience in conducting a change management in your previous role, introducing a new methodology, concept, mindset etc. to a team

  • Monitorear métricas clave y generar reportes de rendimiento.
  • Realizar segmentaciones, pruebas A/B y optimizaciones continuas.
  • Coordinar con el equipo creativo para el desarrollo de anuncios efectivos.
  • Administrar presupuestos publicitarios y maximizar el retorno de inversión (ROI).
  • Reportería mensual y presentación.

 

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa gestionando campañas de publicidad digital.
  • Conocimiento de Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Ads y LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Capacidad analítica e interpretación de métricas.
  • Organización y manejo simultáneo de múltiples cuentas.
  • Proactividad, creatividad y buena comunicación.

Objetivos del Puesto:

Diversion Investigators enforce the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and the Chemical Diversion and Trafficking Act (CDTA) regarding the manufacture, distribution and dispensing of legally produced controlled substances and listed chemicals in order to prevent diversion of controlled substances and listed chemicals into the illicit market, while ensuring an adequate uninterrupted supply of pharmaceutical controlled substances and listed chemicals to meet the legitimate medical, commercial and scientific needs of the public.

The Incumbent Will Perform The Following Duties:

  • Conducting investigations to ensure compliance with the CSA and its implementing regulations involving the procurement, manufacture, distribution, security, and record-keeping activities of the pharmaceutical and listed chemical regulated industry.
  • Collecting and analyzing information and evidence; conduct interviews and prepare reports, and present findings and recommendations for regulatory, civil, and/or criminal actions.
  • Researching and preparing a variety of written materials and reports which support possible administrative, civil, or criminal proceedings; answer both routine and technical correspondence and telephone inquiries; provide expertise and consultation to divisional personnel and provide guidance to other State, Local, and Federal Investigators.
  • Developing and maintaining working relationships with Federal, State and Local agencies in order to promote information and intelligence collection exchanges.
  • Planning, implementing, and participating in multi-jurisdictional special programs impacting the diversion of pharmaceutical controlled substances and listed chemicals from legitimate distribution; evaluate the results of investigations and the registrant's input and prepare corresponding statements setting forth the alleged violations.
