Job Description: Administrative Assistant
Itinerary Required:
Monday-Friday Full time 8 am - 6 PM Nicaragua Time,
Timeline:

Language:
Fluent reading writing and speaking in English required.
Location:
100% in Office
Contiguo ala KIA, y el Mific, en Camino De oriente, 2 cuadras al sur, frente a el café Las Flores.
Compensation:
$10,000 - $15,000 CORDOBAS Mensuales
Experience Required:
Experience como asistente administrativa previamente.
Manejo completo de microsoft excell y sistemas de computadoras.
Job Responsibilities:
-sourcing documents on 50-75 websites a day
-calling customers to get access to documents
-training and learning how to use systems to source
-Managing appointments, scheduling calls, scheduling web calls
-Making calls on behalf of company executives to customers, suppliers, vendors, etc.
-Troubleshooting
-Paperwork
-Checking Emails
-Writing Letters
-Research tasks assigned by the CEO
