We are currently searching for commis chefs and demi chef de parties (Assistant Cooks and 2nd Cooks) who are eager to learn by working in different outlets, whether it's a small intimate fine dining restaurant, a large busy Italian lunch buffet, producing picnics for guests on tour, Italian speciality pizzas and pastas, crew meals or even an outdoor bbq grill.

 

Your role is to ensure that every plate in your area is up to our very high standards, meets both presentation and taste expectations and your section meets all health, safety and food hygiene standards. As part of the team for the galley, you will also be involved in food hygiene inspections, stock control, ordering, rostering and training. The role is diverse and as a junior chef this is your opportunity to learn from Award Winning Chefs, in amazing surroundings!

 

To be considered for this position, you would require:

  • 18 months experience in a 5* branded hotel or Michelin restaurant
  • Culinary qualifications

Contracts are 6 months on and 2 months off, all flights, meals, uniforms and shared accommodation provided.
