A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a major course of study in agriculture, or a physical or natural science; and two (2) years of experience in the regulatory inspection of plants or plant production, or in plant pest detection.

    JOB DUTIES:

    This is a professional supervisory position responsible for planning, assigning, supervising and directing the activities of Environmental Specialists and OPS staff members in the protection, certification and regulation of all native and cultivated flora within the state of Florida.

    MANAGING:  Ensures that assigned program areas have operational procedures and processes which result in accountability and compliance with the division and department policies and procedures. Monitors personnel assignments and evaluates subordinates’ workload to maintain equity and efficiency. Acts as liaison between the Environmental Supervisor II and the field activities of their staff. Investigates and resolves complaints and problems that arise in assigned area of responsibility.

    REPORTS:  Reviews all reports and records submitted by subordinates for accuracy and punctuality. Assists Environmental Specialists and OPS personnel with investigations and violations of division regulations and Florida statutes. Compiles and submits a monthly report of area activities to the Environmental Supervisor II, based upon the daily reports submitted by staff members.

    EXPORT/ IMPORTS:  Maintains up-to-date (on-line or hard copy) manuals on plant regulations of Florida and all other states and U.S. possessions. Advises industry and subordinates on Federal Export requirements using the Phytosanitary Export Database (PExD). Monitors CTIS activities of subordinates and assists with updating CTIS as needed.

    TRAINING:  Responsible for the orientation and training of new employees in all division program areas. These programs include: Enforcement of Nursery and Stockdealer Regulations, Plant Pest Detection in native and cultivated flora, Export Certification requirements and Conventions on Trade in Endangered Species (C.I.T.E.S.), Burrowing Nematode Regulations of various states and foreign countries, Imported Fire Ant and other Federal Domestic Quarantines, Federal Post Entry Quarantines, State and Federal Prohibited Noxious Weed regulations, Protection of Native Flora, Plant and Commodity Treatment Requirements, Cut Flower, Citrus and other fruit and vegetable regulations. Provides for additional field training for subordinates as needed. Maintains current files on regional flora, agricultural crops and potentially economic or devastating plant pests for assigned area. Conducts periodic workshops to disseminate information. Gives presentations to industry and the general public regarding division activities and policies, as required. Participates on various committees, as appropriate.

    TRAPPING ACTIVITES:  Conducts Quality Control (QC) assessments of subordinates’ and federal cooperators’ Fruit Fly detection activities. Ensures that all Fruit Fly Detection activities are conducted on time and within the parameters of the program. Participates and ensures the proper conductance of other exotic pest detection (trapping) activities, including European Corn Borer, Gypsy Moth, and others, as required.

    SAFETY:  Ensures that subordinates are familiar with and follow procedures outlined in the Division Safety Manual. Conducts job safety analysis per Division Safety Manual. Conducts safety training for vehicle and equipment usage, as required.

    PERSONNEL: Recruits and assists in the selection of personnel to fill vacancies in assigned area. Conducts performance evaluations of subordinates at a minimum of once annually. Approves leave requests and reviews biweekly time and attendance reports submitted by subordinates in the People First time reporting system. Initiates disciplinary action when appropriate.

    FISCAL:  Approves and processes monthly encumbrances on rentals, utilities and other services. Responsible and accountable for managing budget/dollars/resources (staff, vehicles, computers, cell phone, etc.) of any assigned programs in an efficient and accountable manner.

    EQUIPMENT:  Ensures that subordinates have adequate equipment and facilities with which to complete their assigned duties. Assists subordinates with vehicle and office maintenance needs and resolves problems. Ensures that equipment assigned to field staff is maintained in good working condition, as required.

    EMERGENCY PROGRAMS:  During emergency programs, assists in the planning, organizing and directing of state and federal personnel in plant pest activities with other governmental agencies. Assists with developing new pest detection, eradication, chemical and biological control and exclusion methods. Develops, plans, and conducts training of federal and state personnel and assists in policy evaluations.

    Performs related work as directed by the Environmental Supervisor II.

    Required profile:

    Role of the Job:

    Spervises activities technical and human resources in order to follow up preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of the mechanical area of the Copolymers Plant keeping all the operations running according to safety parameters and efficency.     Supervises the implementation of the maintenance program for Copolymers Plant

    Supervises and control day-to-day activities assigned to the mechanical maintenance team, including contractors, in order to ensure the quality of the work to avoid re-work and ensure the compliance with the Maintenance Program.

    Tracking maintenance activities (% of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance)

    Preventive Maintenance:

    Provides the mechanical preventive maintenance plans for the equipment installed in Copolymers Plant identifying the poor performance equipment as "bad actors" for conducting failure analysis, determination of root causes and implementing corrective actions.

    Accountability 4:

    Comply with and enforce the responsibilities, authorities and policies of INEOS Styrolution, including but not limited to:

    ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO TS 17025, IATF 16949, GMP, Code of Conduct, SHE Policy, Environmental Policy, Quality Policy, Integral Responsibility Management System (SARI), Golden Rules, 20 Principles of Administration Security, IGGNs, Clean Sweep, Life Saving Rules.

    Required profile:

    Level of education & knowledge:

    Degree in Mechanical Engineering

    Experience in general:

    At least 3 years of knowledge in chemical processes and process equipment (pumps, boilers, compressors, tanks, etc)

    A minimum 3 years related experience in Mechanical Maintenance and Chemical Plants.

    At least 2 years in Root Cause Analysis experiencie.

    Generl knowledge of electrical/instrumentation maintenance

    Previous supervisory experience or special operations assigments preferred.

    SAP System experience preffered.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Production Schedulers are responsible for assisting in the development and execution of an achievable two-week production schedule.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    · Assist with scheduling production activity in synch with MPS.
    · Run planned orders in two-week buckets to detail what boards are to be built.
    · Ensure Prep-Parts can and is keeping up with the build schedule.
    · Focus on minimizing changeovers and production schedule changes while maintaining the integrity of the production board revision.
    · Run clean-to-starts, on-time production shipments, EPS maintenance, purge, ECN, and deviation management, maintaining of a handbook.
    · Assist running weekly clean-to-starts to determine any existing material shortages that need to be expedited.
    · Work with Manufacturing Line Manager(s), Purchasing, and Inventory Control to recommend long term resolutions to shortages due to lack of material control on the production floor.
    · At a minimum, conduct readiness meetings on New Products as well as revision changes five days prior to the build.
    · Ensure that shipments made are routed to the correct destination, as well as the creation and maintenance of Sales Orders if that duty is placed on the Planner.
    · Maintain Jabil packout module, EPS, or equivalent packout system.
    · Manage the Deviation/ECN/Purge processes.
    · Understand all product production flow.
    · Maintain handbook on position by workcell.
    · Continuous coordination and follow up with the workcell team.
    · Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
    · Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
    · May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    · Maintain working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental, health and safety regulations and identify all requirements that apply, or may apply, to the facility.
    · Develop and implement training programs for all required elements of the EHS Management system.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

    SUPERVISOR COMERCIAL (SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, SAN LUIS POTOSÍ)

    PROPOSITO DEL PUESTO:
    Alcanzar las metas comerciales establecidas por el Gerente responsable, a través de la implementación de estrategias de venta, formatos de control, capacitación continua y seguimiento al grupo de Asesores, Asociados y Brokers asignados.

    REQUISITOS:
    • Escolaridad: Bachillerato terminado, preferentemente licenciatura (concluida o trunca) en Administración o a fin.
    • Horario de Trabajo: De Lunes a Viernes 08:30am a 6:30pm (2hrs de comida), Sábados de 08:30am a 02:00pm
    • Modalidad: 50% campo 50% oficina
    • Disponibilidad de viajar: Si
    • Experiencia (Forzosa): Mínimo 2 años como supervisor/a en ventas de productos financieros, asi como en colocación de créditos con descuento vía Nomina a empleados dependencias de gobierno (IMSS, ISSTE, PEMEX, SNTES, INE, ETC.).
    • Coordinación de vendedores de productos financieros, multinivel o redes comerciales. Manejo de Paquetería Office.

    PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:
    · Dar seguimiento diario a la colocación de créditos de los asesores, asociados y brokers,
    · Garantizar que todo su equipo de trabajo cuente con la aplicación Móvil y estén dados de alta para que puedan colocar créditos.
    · Revisión semanal de indicadores de venta y desempeño del grupo
    · Capacitar en técnicas de venta que permitan a los asesores mejorar sus habilidades.
    · Negociar con las dependencias de gobierno la instalación de un módulo o libre acceso a promocionar nuestro producto.
    · Es responsable directo del reclutamiento de su grupo los cuales pueden ser brokers físicos y morales, así como asociados comerciales.

    OFRECEMOS:
    · Sueldo Base de $8,000 Brutos mensuales, más comisiones topadas a $28,000 mensual y acorde a las metas mensuales previamente establecidas.
    · Comisiones de acuerdo a la colocación de créditos de su equipo y también por colocación de créditos con su usuario.
    · Prestaciones de Ley 100% nominal y Superiores (30 días de aguinaldo, 12 de vacaciones desde el primer año, Seguro de Vida)

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Supervises the disposition, exchanges, and acquisition of state lands which includes the evaluation of prospective revenue generating properties; sale of surplus state lands, potential exchanges, and state land purchases authorized by Chapter 253 and Chapter 259, F.S.; acts as the Chief for the Bureau in the absence of the Bureau’s Chief, ensuring the maintenance of the day-to-day operation of the Bureau.

    Identifying tasks and strategies to meet Divisional responsibilities and organizing the staff to effectively fulfill its duties within the Division. Responsible for active coordination of Bureau activities with activities of the Survey and Appraisal Bureaus. Oversees acquisition and surplus land disposition projects. Perform part of the negotiations with seller and buyers, which requires exercising judgment and decision making within the context of major land transactions. Responsible for fostering a culture of teamwork, common sense, and accountability. Coordinate with other State agencies to ensure successful processing of those agencies’ land acquisition projects.

    Assists with the planning, development and implementation of procedures and policies required for disposition of surplus state land through competitive bid, open listing or negotiated direct sales. Assists staff in the specific work areas of land acquisition and project selection for land acquisition under the Florida Forever/CARL program, under the respective statutes cited above . Participates in the triage review process. Oversees staff in the preparation of agenda items and compiles the necessary backup information such as maps, title history, site specifications relating to the disposition or acquisition of state land for presentation to the Acquisition and Restoration Council (ARC) and to the Board of Trustees as required.

    Conducts research on specific problems relating to the sale and acquisition of state lands and proposes solutions and/or process improvements and advises higher level management if problems and policies related to programmatic or operational issues are involved.

    Directs staff in the development, compilation of data, and preparation of agenda items and delegations, including necessary back-up information, relating to applications for the purchase of surplus lands and state land purchases for presentation to the Board of Trustees. Oversees the development, compilation and maintenance of a database and tracking system to generate data for reporting the status of the disposition program, and acquisition program and prepares reports relating to same.

    Participates in development of budget requests and develops revenue forecasts. Coordinates with the Bureau of Finance and Accounting for the collection and distribution of revenues derived from the sale of land. Responsible for reconciling the monthly cash listings.

    Other related duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Knowledge of: state and federal laws, rules, and regulations concerning acquisition, disposition and related activities; the methods of data collection and analysis; basic management principles and practices. Skilled in: operating a computer.
