What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide vital administrative support to lawyers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with trial preparations, including organizing case briefs, summarizing depositions, interrogatories, and testimony to help attorneys stay on top of every detail.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information for cases to keep things moving forward efficiently.
- Draft and file essential legal documents, making sure everything is accurate and submitted on time.
- Efficiently manage phone calls, schedules, and deadlines, keeping the team on track and clients informed.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role in a U.S Law Firm or U.S company.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in computer skills and a willingness to learn case management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality, with a knack for working well with diverse individuals.
- You own a reliable laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and have a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
- Availability to work during US business hours.
