Job Summary

Responsible for the documentation control of Quality Management System of ISO 9001: 2015. Ensure established quality procedures and norms are followed.

Job Description

  • Manages the procedures of the Quality Management System (PCM’S, ICM’S, POE’S and Quality Manual)
  • Conducts non-routine quality analysis focused on the attention of clients' complaints.
  • Monitors and records inconsistencies with quality procedures and norms. 
  • Opens and follows-up the corrective and preventive actions
  • XCParticipates in the organization of Internal/External Audits (Suppliers)
  • Audits report Control (Internal/External) of ISO 9001:2015
  • Follows-up to the issues detected in the audits (internal/External)
  • Follows-up the written procedures and participates in the continued improvement of the Quality Management System
  • Generates the letter-answer of the customer claims
  • Manages the software for the Documentation System Management (Master Control).
  • Controls the documental System of the Company
  • Changes the quality status of the required products in the PROTEAN system (Expired, Re.package and Release)
  • Follows the quality rules for their proper performance
  • Supports any implementation of any Norm that is required for the Quality System Management.
  • Controls and Registers the investigations reports of failures and default of Packing material and Raw Material.
  • Reviews and approves the printed labels for Process.
  • Checks the customer's returns and determine their destination.
  • Verifies the expiration dates of the packed finished product.
  • Makes and updates the procedures that correspond to the function.
